YRYM HT Barbecue Mats have been so great to use, it helps so much to not have to clean the grill so much after you are done cooking. The YRYM HT copper Grill mat worked perfectly, steaks came out nice and juicy and clean up was a breeze. I would definitely purchase again. Love cooking with these barbecue mats. They prevent flairups from grease. Food tastes great too. Only con is that cleaning the grease off of them is not that easy. Used mat now 5 times. Works well, sears meat through, keeps inside of grill cleaner and cleans up in the sink easily. Veggies, shrimp do not fall through the grates. Love these mats. Have cooked kabobs and pork tenderloin on them and works great! No grill mess, easy clean-up of mats. Just used dishwash detergent and warm water.


YRYM HT copper Grill mat Works really well! Make cooking certain item on the grill easy! My grill racks are a little rusted, so I ordered these and love them. I especially like the fact that I can grill my vegetables and it is so easy to wash. There warranty is also great, I mean 7 years? Can't do better than that! Really easy to use. Food cooks on it just like it wasn't there but no flame-ups. No charred on BBQ sauce with BBQ chicken! It is easy to clean and the food just slides right off. Barbecue Mats worked as expected. Easy clean up. Chicken did not stick at all. First time using them. Not sure if I like the texture of the meat after cooking on mat. Will definitely try a few more times. So far so good used one mat twice now . Left grill Marks . And the product didn't fall apart . They work great. easier to clean the grill gids. Perfect product. I've only used the  barbecue mats one time, but they worked just as promised. No food fell through the grates and the food had grill marks. Nothing stuck to them and they were easy to clean. I wish I had known these mats existed before! Great product. Purchased that a gift for a family member and they love it. I've only used the mats a few times. So far, so good. Our grates had started too become rusted, so using the mats has made me feel like our food is healthier now. Easy cleanup. Great product. I never burn anything on my grill any more. It arrived promptly and intact. I am giving the 2nd one to my nephew who has an issue of burning everything he cooks on the grill to see if it can help him, too. So far so good! Nice and big, grill marks show on the food and they clean very nicely. Two cover a nice sized grill but I'll probably buy more as a backup. No more asparagus in the ashes!

why uses brown butcher paper to wrap smoked brisket

I was looking to buy brown butcher paper to wrap a brisket. Bought this one by mistake. When it came in, it seem like it was just regular brown paper but turned out to be a gem. Worked just as great as the red butcher paper. Would recommend this to anyone looking to wrap anything and throw it on the smoker. Did not burn or tear. Product was exactly as described and what I was looking for at a great price. Good quality and arrived a day before then expected ( which always a plus). It’s tiny paper but still durable. Worked great for a brisket that we sous vide then smoked for a couple of hours. Brown Butcher Paper is high quality and I will definitely be purchasing more. Paper was used for meats and cooking prep Will be reordering.

Smoked my first brisket and wrapped using brown butcher paper after reaching the color I was looking for. Worked like a champ! You keep hounding me for a survey.fine.i will fill one out. I bought this roll of peach paper bc everyone on the food smoking forums uses it or recommends it. I wrapped my meat a couple times with it instead of foil. The result i got was the crispness of the outer part of the meat was gone Unlike when wrapped in foil. It is a choice among we smokers what the result you want from using foil or paper when wrapping. I prefer foil even tho people argue foil transfers too many minerals to the meat. Fine.then lightly wrap the meat with saran wrap or parchment paper before covering tightly with foil. Nobody is right among the two choices as this is simply the cooks preference for the result they anticipate. Happy? I left a survey. I could have drank a beer or stoked my firebox...

Great old fashion kraft butcher paper. Does not tear easily. Great for wrapping meats for the smoker. did my 1st brisket flat over the weekend using the brown kraft butcher paper ! It is perfect for this kind of smoking!! It allows you to wrap the brisket or whatever meats your smoking when you have achieved your bark color, then wrap to finish the cook without drying the meat out. I love that it is also an American co. and keeping Americans working!!!!! Great Job. This is a great product, and worked great for my brisket I cooked on my BBQ grill. I had always used foil, but I will be using this in the future !

YRYM HT kraft butcher paper was great! I used it to decorate my classroom. There’s a ton of paper on the roll and the paper is a great quality. Great quality. Purchased to use as a table runner for an I Do BBQ and it was perfect. Exactly as described. I actually purchased this paper for gesture drawing. It seems to be very good quality. So, I am going to purchase more for freezer storage. Just what I needed! Great for kids’ art, covering picnic table to eat crabs and putting beneath projects I’m painting to keep the space clean. use it on all little cages with no waste of paper at all. LOVE IT will keep using it. Heavy duty quality. I use it for smoking brisket, and my kids use it for making boats, planes, and a huge mess in my living room. Better than what is available locally and much cheaper.

I use  YRYM HT  butcher wrapping paper on my all of my bulletin boards as a base. It gives a very clean appearance and goes with any color. One roll last a school year. I will purchase this every year. Love it!!! It is a cheap and effective solution for wrapping breakable objects during a move. The YRYM HT butcher paper roll is large. It actually weights more than expected. Regardless, I would recommend buying two of these if you are wrapping-up a kitchen. Despite the large size of the role, a single plate apparently requires quite a bit of paper. It's a roll of brown paper. Pretty hard to screw up. Used as table runners for my son's 1st Birthday! The kids loved drawing on them. Great product especially for my kids. They love to roll it out and color or paint. Very thick and paint does not seep through!

Great butcher wrapping paper for my two year old's art. It's thick enough that it lays flat in any size and withstands all mediums - markers, crayons, paint. Great item- my toddler loves coloring and this is perfect because she uses a lot of paper! Will but again. Great to use for tracing bodies! Kids love to see their size and draw each other. Also great for when you have several kids over so everyone can color at the same time. We play a fun game we’re everyone starts a picture, then after a minute they rotate and continue the next drawing! Also can make welcome home signs, Birthday signs, etc. This is much more than what I expected. The butcher paper roll is huge! Excellent value! I was surprised at the quality... painted a bunch of signs for a party ...they held up really well.

I bought the 18 inch wide butcher wrapping paper for my granddaughter's easel. She loves painting, drawing and coloring. The paper was a perfect fit and good quality. We bought this for our four year old's birthday. She has loved spending hours drawing on large swaths of paper. We are pleased with the purchase! Seriously, I am still nursing some serious paper cuts, this should come with a warning label, " NOT FOR MUMMY WRAPPING". You think they would be smarter and put that label on there. I mean what person wouldn't look at this and go. Exactly what i wanted to get. Strong but can see through to do dress pattern making. Love it! Wonder if there is a wider version. Will definitely buy again. The butcher paper roll works great for my kids art easel! They love to color and create! st what I was looking for for some large, hand written lists. My only complaint is that markers bleed through the paper.

I thought YRYM HT butcher wrapping paper would be much thicker than what it is. I am drawing up potential floor plans for a new addition to my home and was hoping for less transparency of the paper. It will work, but it doesn't seem substantial. Better for kid's art than my project.  I used this to cover a small table for my kids to draw on. We do it once a week and they love it. I chose this paper because it's acid free. I'm wrapping some treasured books for storage, and wanted the best environment for the price. Archival-type products used by libraries and museums are too expensive for my purposes, but I think this paper will accomplish what I want. I put the roll on a table, put a metal yardstick where I want to tear it, and if I pull in the right direction it will tear quickly and neatly enough for what I'm doing.

YRYM HT BBQ grill mat makes grill clean up a breeze

I've grilled fish & other delicate items on YRYM HT grill cooking mat. The results were great! Juicy, tender, no scorching. Clean up was a breeze. Love it!! These mats are GREAT!! It's less mess to clean up after grilling! I let the mats cool then take and wash and dry them and I'm ready to grill again in no time!! Like the fact they are the safe, new version of Teflon. Just received today and have not had a chance to use them yet.  Could not wait to try my new YRYM HT BBQ grill mat on my brand new grill. I used it to make grilled BBQ chicken and the clean up was a breeze! Thanks for making such a quality product. Looks like good quality material. Just got it so will test it soon. I am an avid healthy whole-foods home cook, and frequent extended RVer; and have used grill cooking mat for over a year. I love the YRYM HT grill mat's heavier construction and the ability to use higher heats to actually sear some foods. Using the grill mat, I have reduced my use of disposable foil, reducing waste and environmental impact. Foods cooked on the mat have far less exposure to carcinogenic effects of direct fire charring. I have modified many recipes to use a grilling mat and create healthier meals. For example, instead of making stir-frys in a skillet with lots of oil, I leave foods cut large enough to handle with a pair of tongs, marinate the vegetables and meat in Asian seasonings, grill them on a YRYM HT mat and than pass a little more cooked marinade/sauce at the table. I have reduced the use of fats by 75%, as well as the kitchen grease splatter. Many of my family favorite camping recipes rely on the grill mat for easy clean up as well. I have used other grill mats, and find the YRYM HT grill cooking mat to be of better quality construction and to perform better. A great product!

I purchased two mats based on the positive reviews in Amazon.com. Although I have yet to use them, I am confident they will meet expectations.  I've always liked to cook on my charcoal grill, but with the YRYM HT BBQ grill mat, I absolutely LOVE it! Tonight was my first night cooking with the mats and oh my goodness what a difference! The chicken breasts were so juicy and tender, no more burnt, tough exterior to cut through and still the great taste of the charcoal grill. I also cooked some mahi mahi for my wife and not having to worry about the filets breaking was so amazing!

Clean up was a breeze, just take it off the grill (careful not to burn yourself) and toss it in the sink with some water and use a soft sponge or rag and "bam", clean! I am going to purchase some as gifts for friends and family!  I bought these for my husband who purchased a cheaper quality mat at a local drug store. The YRYM HT grill mats are thicker and easier to clean. We use them every time we grill. makes grilling easy. easy to clean- food tastes great I would buy again. First project was grilled shrimp with bacon wrapped on it and it did a wonderful job. I think it will work well just haven't had a chance to use it that much. I used this for chicken and steak and bacon. The steak did not have grill lines on them. The mat stopped the barbecue sauce from dripping down off the chicken, but then it burnt on then chicken. I had the heat too high for the bacon, so I need to try that again.

YRYM HT butcher wrapping paper is heavy duty than foil

I just recently learned about butcher wrapping paper and was told this is the way to go. True to form, works like a champ delivering as promised. Sure beat aluminum foil.The butcher paper is good quality. The paper was delivered when it said it would be delivered. What I didn't realize is that I would receive a E-Book on backyard BBQ. That was an unexpected plus. The link was in an email that the seller sent. So this was a good experience. Now I can hardly wait to get busy with the book and the butcher paper. 

With a Brisket in Texas, I like to get to the stall, that’s enough smoke and bark, then I wrap in butcher wrapping Paper (just like Franklin’s BBQ). Brisket is wide, so word to the wise, you need two pieces the same length, so it’s wide enough. Wrap and put back on the smoker and get to 200-204 degrees. I like it better than the “Texas Crutch” foil wrap, it tends to soften the outside bark, this paper doesn’t do that. Works like I hoped it would. Learning from champion food smokers. They said you have to have some of this paper to help ensure a successful smoking experience. I briefly smoked a ham using this paper it seemed to flavor the meat better than alum foil. I have read great reviews on using this paper over alum.

I'm pretty sure heavy duty foil is a thing of the past for grilling. Made 3 racks of St. L ribs for the family and wrapped one in the paper and 2 in foil for a trial run. Preferred the paper, so it will now become part of the process!  I have been BBQ'ing the last 10 years. Never used butcher paper roll before. Used it for the first time on brisket. Results where great - bark, smoke ring, moisture. Just be sure not to overwrap. Don't want to steam (typical). Typically twice around will work. It came right on time. This is not an easy product for us to find where we live. Used it for wrapping a brisket on the smoker. Worked great. Nice size roll. Use this paper when grilling and it works really well. Doesn’t burn. And the service was great. Arrived quickly and well packaged.

The YRYM HT butcher wrapping paper was my first time at smoking brisket so I thought I would try using butcher paper. I am pleased to say it arrived quickly and was well packaged. Well, as it turned out I didn't use it for smoking this time...I smoked it bare. Perhaps I would have given it 5 stars if I had used it but decided not to this time. However, after looking around before purchase, it seems that it was a great price. Although I didn't use it to smoke the brisket I did use it to wrap some pieces in after they were done (I had four slabs that finished in different times). The paper absorbed the grease as the brisket rested which implies to me that if used for smoking, it would allow the smoke to penetrate to get the full benefit of the smoke.

How to grill without the grease flare ups

Reviewed several Barbecue Grill Mats online before I settle on YRYM HT and I am glad I did because it has worked extraordinary well grilling my hamburgers and fish. The grill mats are awesome! Cooks everything without the grease flare ups! Love this product. I like the fact that YRYM HT barbecue grill mats help keep my grill grates and are non-stick. They fit my grill perfectly and are simply to clean with just a bit of soap and water with a dishcloth. My only complaint is that they cause a lot of spatter from the chicken I made with it. I was sort of afraid of a fire due to the amount of grease these hold by they didn't. Left a bit of a mess in my grill but it burned off ok. Needs to be some way of the grease to drip off into the grill. I just made a ham & cheese sandwich. So far great. Tomorrow morning "eggs".

Nothing sticks and nothing falls through the grate with YRYM HT non stick grill mat! Great for cooking anything from Veggies to Chicken!  Grilled some fish, peaches and cherries and nothing stuck to the mat and it was easy to clean by simply wiping it off. The non stick grill mat sizes are nice and will definitely cover the entire grate on the grill if needed. A friend asked me if it came in a round version for the round grills. I loved them enough to buy them again! They are thicker than most on the market and last a long time. The only down side is the cleaning after using. The burnt on mess can be hard to clean off but otherwise this is a great product!

YRYM HT barbecue grill mats are wonderful. I was concerned when I got them out and saw how thin they were but. That was 20 chicken breast 10 pounds of hamburger and 20 steaks and 10 pounds of pork tender loin ago. If you don't own these get then now clean up is a simple brush and some soapy water and a quick rinse. I highly recommend these to anyone who has a grill.Well 100 pounds of food later I still love the YRYM HT barbecue grill mats! I often wonder why retail stores don't carry them, but then they would not be selling all the other stuff that goes along with metal grates.If you want simple easy grilling, with no hassle of cleaning up; then get the YRYM HT non stick Grill mat. Barbecue grill mats makes grill easy and clean

I bought YMYM HT barbecue grill mats for ease in cooking different kinds of food simultaneously. Especially wanted to use them on the grill. Clean up well. A little inconvenient to store them between uses. I like having my grilled meat knowing it didn't touch that nasty grill.These make keeping the grill clean so simple and the mats themselves are very easy to clean after use. The only issue we've had using them was with burgers and the fat not having anywhere to drain. We ended up slicing a few holes in the mat to allow drainage because it was just too much trying to cook in all that. Otherwise steaks, chicken, pork, and veggies have all cooked on the mats perfectly. Non stick and so easy to clean! Love them!

Thickest barbecue grill mats out there. Works great for those items that would fall through the grates or are very messy and you can still get the grill marks. The food does get less grill flavor than on the open grates, but not much less. It is worth getting just to make kebabs, but I still prefer beef and pork on the grates without the mat. Works as advertised. Things don't stick to it and it is easy to clean up. Just assembled a new grill and didn't want to mess up the grill so this fits the bill perfectly.

This is the fourth YRYM HT non stick grill mat set I've ordered because I keep giving them away when people see me using them on the grille. I have an 8 burner flat top propane grille and I cook everything on it. Now I use the YRYM HT barbecue grill mats all the time. Fish, chicken, steaks, veggies and potatoes. They all cook up great on the mat! Love 'em. I love this non stick grill mat and use it constantly to cater for my company. I use with Grill Grates product and it seems to hold up for about 30 uses. After that the Grates start to burn up the mat. This is because grill grates reach high temps even on the lowest temperatures. This mat is the only one that can hold up to this abuse. Although I'm on my second purchase, I can say that no other mat can handle the heat my grill brings. I grill daily and wouldn't recommend anything else but YRYM HT.

I got off to a rocky start. You know how your grill gets dirty and greasy and you think that you really need to clean it but will do one more cooking first? Well, I should have cleaned it first because the first time I tried using the mats the grill caught on fire and overcooked both food and mats. When I told the folks about this they promptly sent me a new set to try as part of the seven year warranty. I tried again tonight with a meatloaf. The mat worked just as they were supposed to; it kept the meatloaf from getting stuck to the grills, the grease slid right off the mat, when the meatloaf was done it had a crunchy brown bottom crust and slid right off the mat on the serving dish, the YRYM HT non stick grill mat set was easy to clean up. I'm sure it will do very well in a few days when I cook some bacon-wrapped asparagus and I'm looking forward to using them over and over in the future.
