BBQ grill mat works great for keeping the grill clean

We absolutely LOVE the BBQ grill mat! Used on our gas grill and pellet smoker. Even after smoking beef ribs for 5 hours the clean up of the mat was a breeze. No issues at all. The dried BBQ sauce washes off easily with soap and hot water, no scrubbing required. We've used one mat at least 10 times now and it is still like new. Highly recommend this product. Tried the Grill Mat with hamburgers and it worked like a charm. No sticking to the grill and very nice flavor from my smoking chips. The cleanup was easy. This product is a winner.

I don't think the full grill flavor comes through when using the non stick grill mat but they make it so easy not to lose pieces of meat or fish between the grate and the clean up is a breeze. I might not use them for everything I cook, but for small or flakey items they are great. These prevent flair ups all the time but you still have the grill marks plus the flavor. Always clean them as best you can shortly after use to make it easier to wash which we soak in the sink over night. Worked great, did stuffed Jalapenos with cheese and they didn't stick!!!! Cooked some chicken after and realized I should have cleaned the mat off, had burned flakes all over the meat. Still liked it and will use it for sure.

The BBQ grill mat handled heat of over 550 degrees and came out perfectly well and ready to be used again. Cleaning up is easy and highly recommend for veggies and seafood like shrimp or fish. Better than a plank in some cases. Also, it prevents flareups as it is containing the greases and other oils on the surface of the sheet itself. I have used the product and it has met my expectations. It was packaged well, easy to clean and store after use. We did BBQ trout and it came out very tasty. I would recommend this product. The seller followed up and exhibited interest in my satisfaction.

These are the 2nd set of BBQ grill mat that I have purchased. They lasted for well over a year. Work great for keeping the grill clean without having to use dangerous wire brushes. I won't grill without them anymore. These are the 2nd set that I have purchased. They lasted for well over a year. Work great for keeping the grill clean without having to use dangerous wire brushes. I won't grill without them anymore. These are the best. The box gives great directions on cooking and cleaning. Easy just keep temp down to around 300. Best I have had. Distributes heat evenly and if you don't like char it is even better. Easy cleanup and cools off faster than expected. This will turn your grill into a stir fry possibility! No shrimp falling through the grill, or skewers burning away. Veggies work well too! They are great! Just remember where you put them, so when you don't feel like cleaning the one on the grill again, you still can use the other 5!

The brown butcher paper is perfect for wrapping briskets

I read a lot of information and recommendations for barbecue brisket, and one in particular recommended that I use butcher paper as a alternative to cooking/steaming a brisket to help in making the meat tender. I used this for the first time and my brisket came out awesome. The butcher paper worked perfect. It held together without any tears or splits. The paper keep the meat so tender when it finished cooking and was ready to serve, my friends and family couldn't wait. So happy I bought this butcher paper and will buy more. I like this butcher paper a lot. It is a nice wide width, and strong. Using this butcher paper is best way to set your meat apart from others. This roll will last us a while, and I really like that it came in a capped tube. I'll be able to store it in our pantry without it getting dirty.

I used butcher paper to wrap my first smoked prime brisket after reaching stall. Placed back on smoker until done. The brisket was excellent and very moist.  I love using the butcher paper vs. tin foil. The bark that you spent a lot of time developing in the first part of the cook keeps much better in the butcher paper than using foil, in my opinion. Kept the leg of lamb moist and tender. Reminded me of my days growing up in Europe when my parents would pick up dinner from the tavernas they frequented. For anyone who uses a smoker and cooks brisket and ribs. The brown butcher paper is the best. Use this paper to wrap while cooking. Avoid using aluminum foil if you are heath conscious. At first, I was skeptical, if this product would make a difference in my finished BBQ. I've used it twice, brisket & ribs, both turned out awesome and gave me the flavor profile that all pit master are striving to achieve. I highly recommend this product and I'll definitely be ordering again!

I needed a large surface area for a crudaté display for a party. No cheese board was big enough. So I decided to lay my spread out on butcher paper instead. It worked great and was such a hit. The paper was resilient to fresh fruit, veggies and Deli meats. When I was done with appetizers it made for the fastest clean up ever. So I decided to lay it out again under my buffet style dinner and it truly saved my delicate marble counter top from messy spills and stains. Once again, clean up was a breeze. This butcher paper will become a staple for future gatherings!

The brown butcher paper is perfect for what I use it for and that is wrapping briskets. everyone always says the best they ever had. now I pretty sure if my briskets are the best they probably haven't had many briskets. but the paper works great..I take grilling and smoking seriously... can I brag and state that I have three Big Green Eggs? Recently learned about the pink peach butcher paper used for smoking purposes. Purchased the widest roll, it came quickly, and in sturdy packaging. Used it for my two briskets that I was smoking for a large party. The paper worked marvelously, definitely will continue using the paper from now on, the bark on the brisket remained crisp as it was represented.

Butcher paper makes the best smoked briskets

I used to always wrap in foil when smoking various meats. I decided to give this butcher paper a try and I'm glad I did! My first smoke using this butcher paper was a brisket. I threw the brisket on my yoder until it reached 165 IT then separated the point from the flat, wrapped both pieces in the paper and back on the yoder until it probed smooth at about 206 IT. It was the best brisket I've ever had and I'll never use tin foil again! My husband has really gotten into smoking meat and wanted pink paper so I bought it for him. It is a great size for a great price!! I made 8 briskets to test this paper and it exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend this to everyone. The butcher paper is wax free as advertised. Used this butcher paper to smoke a large brisket. It performed perfectly.  It does not stick to your meats.

I smoked a brisket till internal temp was 160 and wrapped it in the brown butcher paper and finished cooking it . let it rest in a cooler wrapped the paper in a towel , left it alone for a hour . the rest is history , IT WAS GREAT! We used this butcher paper for a brisket recipe that smoked for 18 hours and it made a HUGE difference. The brisket was truly delicious, received rave reviews from our guests, and you could tell a big difference on taste versus using foil. Use the brown paper instead of foil on my wood smoker allowing the meat to cook faster and still form a nice bark.

smoked meat

I made the very best smoked brisket that I've ever made the first time that I used this paper. I wrapped the brisket once it hit the stall stage around 160 degrees. The wrap helped pull it out of the stall and I allowed it to smoke for another 8 hours. It was the best brisket I've ever had or made! Item works well. Need to compare more against plain white (unwaxed) to see if there is a difference to justify added cost. Others say there is, I’m not 100% certain yet. Will update as I compare the two again.

I really like the paper.  Used it for a smoker project on my big green egg and the meat came out moist, less greasy, and very flavorful. I definitely will use this paper again!  Trust time using it I cook a brisket using the paper and it came out great. Will cook my brisket with it from now on.

butcher paper for smoking beef brisket

I read about using butcher paper for smoking beef brisket in the Franklin Barbecue book. Decided to quit wrapping using foil, which I had done for years, and give butcher paper a try.  I ordered butcher paper from Amazon YRYM HT store. The Butcher Paper came next day due to Amazon prime. My order came with an unexpected welcome surprise!  Very please with speed of the whole process. Smoked a brisket over the weekend first time i have wrapped one since I don't like foil. Worked great, Brisket was perfect!! It worked perfectly. Best brisket I ever made. Can't wait to do it again! Merchandise was as advertised and came promptly at a fair price. I should have done this a long time ago! This butcher paper is great. Bark stays firm and not as mushy as when using foil. Will definitely buy this again.

I have seen so many praises about using butcher paper for brisket and ribs so I had to try. I tried it on my brisket first and was very pleased. I smoked some really nice brisket with this paper. The bark was pronounced and delicious. I wrapped the brisket after 5 hours of smoking it, then set it back in the smoker at 250 degrees until the internal temperature reached 203 degrees, I then rested the brisket for an hour and a half before cutting it. The butcher paper worked great! This simple step made the greatest difference. Brisket came out almost perfect, which was all my fault.Went to beef ribs next and the family was extremely happy with the results. This simple step added to my smoking has made a significant difference in the quality of my final product. I will never go back to aluminum foil to wrap, butcher paper is where it is at. I may go to the wider size next but happy with the 18 inch. I highly recommend this brown butcher paper to any and all who barbecue.

On a whim we used it as wrap instead of foil for our ribs, butt, and brisket two weeks ago for a competition (we use a Mule Tuf Rotisserie) ... Had amazing results and took 3rd in Butt, 2nd in brisket, and 1st along with peoples choice for ribs. Did a brisket yesterday on my pellet smoker at home... While obviously not the same amount of smoke as what we did in the big dog... had a decent smoke ring, great color, nice bark, and the paper held the juices in nicely while allowing the meat to "breathe". Have never been one for doing Brisket on a home smoker but this is a game changer for me.  Our smoked chuck roast was delicious!! I’ll never smoke meat again without using this paper. It helped keep it so juicy.

I have yet to try this paper during a smoking session, I have researched enough to feel confident using this for my ribs and brisket. I have also given some of my coworkers who smoke a few yards of my roll so sometime in the near future I hope to have them purchase their own roll.

BBQ grill mat is great for Barbecues

I bought the YRYM HT BBQ grill mat. I've tried several other brands for use on our infrared grill, and these appear to be the best quality for the money. They are very flexible and easy to trim with standard shears. Clean up is great with dish soap and hot water, and virtually no scrubbbing necessary -- even with baked-on marinades. Even though they're non-stick, I still brush them lightly with cooking oil to retain the moisture when cooking meats and fish. Yes, I do get desired grill marks, without drying out the items being cooked. I've only had them a short time and can only hope that they don't develop surface holes like most of the others.

I love the non stick grill mat. 1)  It keep the grill clean 2) keep all your items. Even your small veggies won't fall through the grates. 3) You STILL get grill marks!  It works great on grill, helps disburse heat and reduces flare ups. Also great for public grills(at parks or beaches) don't have to worry about previous use of the grill.
grill skewers on BBQ grill mat

Takes a little practice to adjust cooking times. I am using the BBQ grill mat on my gas stovetop and in cookie sheet or roasting pan, and they work great. Cleanup is super simple and easy. These are great, keeps the grill surface clean and I just wipe the cooled mats then wash them with dish soap and wipe with paper towel. I was impressed with the overall durability of this product. They are great for Barbecues.

I used them on this weekend's camping. It's very convenient sometimes. They cooked the food as if it were directly on the grill. They work awesome with the chicken and pork, not so much steak and burgers. Cooks thoroughly on the chicken and pork even if it's thick. Grills everything perfectly and no mess on the grill.  Safe for all food types. Keeps the heavy char from the food. Much better for my digestive system. Shared them with other family members and they love them also.

Then I bought this as a parting gift to friends. Got feedback from them and they were very pleased with the mat. It can be cut down and use it to cover the stovetop griddle when not in use.

Butcher paper is perfect for smoked brisket

I bought a roll of brown butcher paper a few weeks back and just used it this past Labor Day for the first time, it is fantastic stuff! I will be buying more in the future and have already passed on the info to friends and family about this product. Can't wait to use it again for my next cook!

The butcher paper helped me make the most beautiful smoked brisket I have ever made. I have long heard of the praises of butcher paper but was always too cheap to spend $20 on a roll. Not only will this roll handle many dozen 20 pound briskets,  after my purchase I have used this product first on chicken to check a idea I had. It worked well. Then of course, to wrap a beef brisket with the results being very good indeed. Definitely the way to go rather than using foil.which I tried once with mixed feelings. Adds far to much heat to the finished brisket. It just makes the brisket that much better. I am absolutely sold.Won’t make brisket again without it. Thanks Tenderlicious!!! Best smoked brisket ever!

I used the brown butcher paper to wrap smoked brisket for at least 4 hours and this butcher paper becomes crispier and sturdier as it comes in contact with fat and low heat. Other products start dissolving so one would have to use more butcher paper or worse stick to the food being smoked. This is an excellent product. Better than any butcher paper that I used in the past.

Last month, my husband uses this when he cooks outdoors. He cooked a brisket which he had wrapped in this paper and was very pleased with how it turned out. Very sturdy paper but lets the smoke penetrate.

My husband and I have discovered the YUM of smoked brisket. We have a masterbuilt electric smoker and have been using aluminum foil to finish the brisket post stall temperature. We enjoy the brisket this way, but were missing the firm bark--the foil softens any bark that once existed. We smoked a brisket to finish without wrapping and obtained the dark bark, but the brisket was not as juicy. We bought this butcher paper to try and we were able to maintain BOTH a dry, dark bark and very moist inside of the brisket. We smoke the brisket at 210-225 through the stall period (internal temp around 165-170 degrees). Then wrap the brisket tight in this paper until cooked at internal temp of 195 degrees. This paper allows the brisket to "breathe" without releasing all the juices, but maintain a crusty, dark bark. Let sit in paper for an hour, then open and serve.

BBQ grill mat solves problems of cleanup and flares

I haven't had a chance to use the BBQ grill mat before.  But there are many annoying problems when I grilled previously. Last year, I got to know BBQ grill mat on a TV show. Then I order BBQ grill mat from Amazon YRYM HT store. I received the package two days after I ordered. Just as I got things almost ready, the weather turned bitter cold. But reading other reviews I am sure they will be just what I need. I am a total beginner using a grill. A lot of food I like or want to learn how to grill needs a more solid surface than the racks. I am old but always willing to learn. My grill is a small Propane type. Something easy for me to handle. And dogs that promise to take care of any cooking errors.

I used the BBQ grill mat this summer. It is great for grilling vegetables (& even fruit- try peaches with cinnamon!!), but they don't seem to last longer than a single season. We've gone through several sets of them. Absolutely love the BBQ grill mat!!! No flareups and it allows the food to cook more evenly. You can even get grill marks through the non stick grill mat.  Work really well cooking wings on the grill with middle burner off. Nothing stuck. Excellent. Only used this in the oven so far. Haven't tried it on my grill/smoker. Clean up was easy, although not as easy as rinse off, like advertised.

It does help with no longer having food fall through cracks, and still getting grill marks. Now I need to figure out the collected drippings challenge. I guess I can continue to just dump into grill reservoir like the drippings did before. Cleans up well after the dump. Overlapping the sheets is easy and great for space making. Between a choice of basket or these....I have both and I need to try veggies on the non stick grill mat now. For meat, the non stick mat is great for marks and space.

Use these camping, so we can utilize the provided grill...without the provided YUCK! :) Grilled up our veggies and Beyond Meat burgers (because eating animals is gross!) just perfectly. Clean up was easy, and storage is simple and takes minimal space. Great to have when you need them! My wife loves these grill mats. This was a reorder for the ones we purchased last year. We use two of them and gave the others to our friends, so when I saw them on the Lightning Deals for a few dollars less than what we paid for the original order, we decided it was time to get some more as pares and presents. I cut this down to fit in my air fryer and it works great. The food just slides right off when cleaning. Great stuff!

How to Grill Ribs

There are many ways to cook pork ribs. Fried ribs and stewed ribs are the most common way to make delicious ribs. However, I like grilled ribs so much. And I create a recipe about how to grill pork ribs.

Ingredients:
1 kg pork ribs
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
3 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon of fuel
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon of smoked sweet pepper powder
grilled ribs

Instructions:
1. Rinse the ribs and drain with kitchen paper towels. Sprinkle salt over the ribs and rub evenly.
2. Mix black pepper, honey, oil, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin powder, cumin powder, nutmeg, chili powder, sweet pepper powder in a large bowl. Add the ribs and stir evenly to make sure the surface of ribs are coated with marinade. After applying evenly, cover with a plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, preferably overnight.
3. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, prepare a baking tray and put a layer of butcher paper, put the marinaded ribs in the baking tray, then cover with brown butcher paper, roll the edges of the two layers of butcher paper, and seal them. Then poke two small holes in the butcher paper, then put the ribs in the oven for 180 degrees for 1 hour.
4. Remove the ribs from the oven after 1 hour, adjust temperature to 220 degrees. Unfold the brown butcher paper, transfer the ribs to a plate and collect the excess sauce from the baking tray into a small bowl.
5. Replace a new butcher paper and place on the baking tray, place a shelf that can be fed into the oven, place the ribs evenly on the shelf and brush the previously collected sauce and transfer back to the oven for 220 degrees, bake for 8-10 minutes. Take out and flip, brush the sauce once more and bake for another 5-8 minutes.
6. Take the baking tray out, unfold the butcher paper. It smells so fragrant. And you can serve it!
